What is the Bilona Method?

Unlike modern cream-separated ghee, our Ghee is made from A2 curd. We hand-churn the curd to get butter (makkhan) and then slow-cook it on a wood fire. This preserves the essential nutrients and gives it a granular (danedar) texture.
